X Plane 11 Product Key

Upgrade to X-Plane 11.21 rendered my product key ineffective.

Concurrent engineering benefits 2017. After upgrading to X-Plane 11.21, I am now unable to use the program. When I open the program it asks for my product key, which is the same that I've used since purchasing XP11, but the button on the lower right is grayed-out and thus I am unable to proceed beyond entering the product key. Has anyone experienced this problem? I've been in contact with keyrecovery@x-plane.com, but they've been of no real use. (RESOLVED SEE BELOW) Windows server 2003 standard x64 edition download iso.
